Queens toddler with bruises on his head and body dies after being rushed to hospital

A toddler with bruising on his head and body died in Queens after he was rushed to the hospital, police sources said Tuesday.

Sources said there was signs of bruising on the head and body of 22-month-old Phillip Payne but it wasn't immediately clear if the wounds were fresh.
