A Manhattan dietitian penned a suicide note on her personal web site before she apparently hanged herself in her West Village apartment, officials said Thursday.
Cops found Tara Condell, 27, dead, hanging from the closet door of her W. 10th St. apartment at about 5 p.m. Wednesday, police said.
